In April I will be in Kathmandu for a wedding and I would really love to do the Manaslu Circuit trek afterwards. Due to the wedding I wouldn\’t be very flexible with my dates and I would like to start on 22 or 23 April. I will have two weeks available for the trek. I have a few questions regarding the organization and would appreciate more information about your offer:
1. Departure dates: Do you already have fixed departure dates for April? If I book a trip now, would I get an immediate confirmation?
2. Group arrangements: I will be doing trekking part of the trip alone. Is it possible to join an existing group or be paired with another trekker, given that the Manaslu permit requires at least two foreign trekkers and a licensed guide? If you run group departures, what is the usual group size? Can I make a booking now, or would it only be confirmed once another person joins?
3. Itinerary flexibility: Is the published itinerary fixed, or can it be adjusted if needed?
4. Pricing: Is the price listed on your website final, or could it change later due to circumstances different? Are there any optional add-ons or extra costs I should keep in mind?
5. Permits: Are the necessary permits (as well as TIMS, if required) included in the price, and do you handle all processing?
6. Weather & acclimatization policy: What happens if I need an extra acclimatization day or if weather/landslides cause itinerary changes?
7. Guide: Could you share information about your guides’ qualifications and language skills? Do you have recent references or reviews I can check?
8. Porter: Is porter included in the price? What kind of weight would they carry per person?
9. Equipment: What equipment is included in price? E.g. down jacket and sleeping bag?
