- Taxes: Additional local taxes/fees may apply at the destination.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- By You:
- 30 days before departure: 80% refund
- 10-30 days: 50% refund
- <10 day: No refund
- By Us: Full refund if we cancel for safety, weather, or operational reasons.
- Force Majeure: No refunds for events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, wars).
7. User Conduct
Prohibited activities include:
- Illegal use or content distribution
- Disrupting site functionality
- Automated scraping/data extraction
- Harassing other users/guides
- Providing false information
8. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All site content (logos, text, graphics) is owned by TrekPathways. Limited use permitted with attribution.
- Your Content: By submitting reviews/photos, you grant us perpetual royalty-free usage rights.

- Accuracy: Trip descriptions subject to change; verify details before booking.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the booked service. We exclude liability for:
- Indirect/consequential damages
- Third-party conduct
- Events beyond our reasonable control
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify TrekPathways against claims arising from:
- Your breach of these terms

12. Termination
